Sanjay Ramaswami is one of the most successful businessmen in the country. Kalpana is a model appearing in cheap advertisements. The chances of their meeting each other were zero. Nevertheless their paths crossed and a love affair was born, but was not destined to blossom. Once Kalpana quarreled with the criminal Ghajini. At the cost of her life she saves two innocent girls. In an attempt to save her Sanjay is badly injured. Later he seeks out the culprit to take revenge. The situation is further complicated by the fact that Sanjay is now suffering from amnesia and can remember only the last 15 minutes of his life…
