The ECOCUP Green Documentary Film Festival held from November 19 to 29. The program includes environmental films, lectures, discussions, round tables and meetings with scientists and experts. The festival is held in online format, but this is not prevent live discussions on the most relevant topics.
Since 2010, the ECOCUP festival has been presenting to the Russian audience the most interesting documentaries from different countries about what is happening on the planet and with the planet, about people and projects that are trying to make the world a better place.
The program of the November festival includes 11 documentaries by directors from Germany, France, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Switzerland, Russia on various topics: fast fashion, poaching, air pollution, "green" transport, challenges of modern society, ethical conflict of scientists, environmental anxiety and others.
The festival is held in the format of Green Talks. "Green" cinema is just a starting point for lively discussions and talks. Lectures, meetings with scientists and round tables are an integral part of the ECOCUP festival and a great opportunity to get answers to the most difficult questions. And the online format of the festival allow you to join the discussion at any time and from anywhere in the world. The parallel program "Green Talks" will be opened on November 19 by the UN Climate Conference: results of COP26
The films will be shown on the COOL PLAY platform. All the films of the festival is available to the audience for free.
