Dr Greg Dolgopolov is a Senior Lecturer in Film Studies at the University of New South Wales, Sydney, Australia.
Author of researches on contemporary Russian Cinema, Australian Cinema and on Film Festivals in general. Greg directs and curates a number of film festivals, including: The Vision Splendid Outback Film Festival (the largest festival of Australian Cinema), The Russian Resurrection Film Festival (the largest festival of Russian Cinema outside of the country) and Short+Sweet Film Festival. Greg has been a passionate advocate of bringing Russian cinema to Australian audience. Now he has a chance to return the favour.
