Born in Volgograd. Graduated from Volgograd State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering (VolgGASU).
Director of the "Neuro" Center LLC and of the Volgograd Regional Charity Public Organization "Vygotsky Society for Helping Children" . Coordinator of charity programs, head of information and publishing services.
Author and manager of more than 40 social charity projects, author of more than 30 methodological materials on assisting children with developmental disabilities.
Since 2013, member of the Public Council under the Committee for Social Protection in the Volgograd Region; member of the Public Council at the Institute for Youth Policy and Social Work.
