Subhash Nagre, known as Sarkar, is a wealthy and influential criminal authority of Bombay. He gets into open confrontation with Arab gangsters, who do not get the permission to do business on his turf. Shankar, Subhash’s son, who has recently returned from the United States, is also drawn into the conflict. Realizing that it is now a life-or-death fight, Subhash tries to talk his son into going back o the USA, but the latter is unwilling to leave his father alone in such perilous times.
