The cult director Abel Ferrara (King of New York, Ms .45, Pasolini) arrives in Moscow to present his film Tommaso (2019) starring Willem Defoe, at Amfest, the 14th Fetival of American Cinema.
The master will share the secrets of the profession, will talk about working on Tommaso and its show in Cannes this year. Also, the Director will answer the question: what is it like to shoot an autobiographical picture starring his real wife and daughter and his best friend as Ferrara himself.
The meeting will be moderated by screenwriter and film expert Vsevolod Korshunov, cinema expert, Ph.D. in art criticism, chief editor of the documentary screening department of the TV channel "Russia - Culture", curator of the course "Practical Film Criticism" at the Moscow Cinema School.
