A young American woman, who was born in Crimea and adopted by a family from the United States in 1993, returns to her homeland for the first time in more than 25 years to meet with her long-lost family and learn the details of her difficult past.

After 56 years of marriage, the hero buries his wife and remains alone. Now he tries to find a place for himself in a new devastated world and understand what is better – to be alone or together.
